Maryland is home to two Audubon Centers that work to connect people with nature. Science-based educational programming, public programs, lectures, bird watching, canoe trips and more- Maryland's Audubon Centers lead the way in National Audubon Society's efforts to strategically connect people with nature so they may become informed and active stewards of the critical habitats on which birds and others wildlife depend.
